Accounts and support

You’ll need to manage your account to publish on GOV.UK. You may also need support from the Government Digital Service (GDS).

This topic will explain how to:

  • manage accounts and training for yourself and your organisation
  • raise content requests for publishing tasks that only GDS can do
  • get advice, if you need help creating and managing content
  • report technical faults, if something’s not working on publishing applications or on GOV.UK
  • raise product feature requests, if you want a new or improved feature for a publishing application or on GOV.UK
